Turning workflow questions into reviewed releases

Through CommonScene, I work from problem definition and prioritisation through implementation, testing and release review.

Role context

The work begins by making a workflow problem concrete: what people are trying to do, where the current process creates friction and which change is useful enough to prioritise. From there, I shape the implementation, test what has been built and review the release against the intended need.

I use AI to support implementation, while keeping problem definition, testing and release review in my hands.

Questions this work raised

  • How small can a first release be while still solving a real workflow problem?
  • Where can AI speed up delivery without weakening review and accountability?
  • What evidence is needed before a change moves from an idea to a usable release?
