Regional readiness across connected workstreams

Role context

I coordinated EMEA readiness across four global Blue Yonder planning workstreams. My scope included requirements, testing and training: connecting regional needs with programme activity and helping the different parts of readiness remain visible.

Large implementations depend on many teams, linked decisions and changing information. The practical challenge is to make those dependencies understandable enough for people to prepare, test and respond.

Questions this work raised

• How can regional requirements stay specific without becoming disconnected from a global programme?
• What does a useful readiness plan need beyond a delivery milestone?
• How can testing and training feed learning back into implementation planning?
